Stephen grew up in a small town in the Northeast and packed his bags for Charleston just over the better part of a decade ago. His eye for finding great properties and solutions for clients helps make the home selling and buying process as easy as possible. Stephen believes there is always a great opportunity on the buying side and a strong marketing and sales plan to execute whenever you are ready to sell your home.
Having worked as a contractor for several years, Stephen has a keen eye for detail and valuable insight into getting projects done both efficiently and accurately. His strong desire to deliver lasting quality results can be seen through the jobs he has completed and the clients he has helped. In addition, with over a decade of military training and experience, Stephen continually seeks to apply the same principles he learned while serving in the United States Air Force to his work at Realty ONE Group Coastal.
Stephen is an avid outdoorsman, sailor, and adventurer who enjoys traveling both locally and internationally. His deep sense of curiosity and thirst for knowledge allow him to gain meaningful insight and understanding wherever he goes. He and his wife Annabell, who is also in real estate, live on Johns Island with their two children and enjoy the spectacular cultural and culinary scene that the Lowcountry has to offer. Stephen is also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Historic Property Specialist, bringing specialized expertise to clients relocating for service or seeking Charleston’s unique historic homes.
