Stephen grew up in a small town in the Northeast and packed his bags for Charleston just over the better part of a decade ago. His eye for finding great properties and solutions for clients, helps to make the home selling and buying process as easy as possible. Stephen believes there is always a good deal to be had on the buying side, and a great marketing sales plan to execute whenever you are ready to sell your home!
Having worked as a contractor for several years, Stephen has a keen eye for detail and astute insight into getting projects done both efficiently and accurately. His strong desire to deliver lasting quality results can be seen through the jobs he has worked and clients he has helped. In addition, with over a decade of military training and experience, Stephen continually seeks to apply the same principles he has learned while serving in the United States Air Force to Realty One Group Coastal.
Stephen is an avid outdoorsman, sailor, and adventurer who enjoys both traveling locally and internationally. His deep sense of curiosity and thirst for knowledge allow him to gain significant insight and understanding wherever he goes. He and his wife Annabell, who is also in Real Estate, both live on Johns Island with their two children and enjoy the spectacular cultural and culinary scene that the Lowcountry has to offer.
